Curated Vendor Application

The Angelic Wellness Festival is a two-day regional outdoor lifestyle festival welcoming 1,500+ attendees per day from across Central Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.

Our focus is on artisan craftsmanship, elevated wellness, beauty, boutique retail, specialty food, and community-centered experiences.

We intentionally curate a diverse yet cohesive vendor mix to create a high-quality, family-friendly, and visually engaging festival environment.


Vendor Categories Considered

We welcome applications from:

• Juried artisans & fine makers
• Boutique retail & curated accessories
• Handcrafted jewelry & specialty goods
• Beauty & aesthetic service providers
• Natural skincare & elevated self-care brands
• Specialty food & beverage vendors
• Community organizations aligned with family, arts, and wellness

All offerings should align with the festival’s mission of art, wellness, beauty, family, and community connection.


Presentation Standards

We prioritize vendors who maintain a polished, professional, and visually cohesive booth display.

• Clean, well-structured tent presentation
• Branded signage
• Thoughtful merchandising
• Attractive product layout

Our goal is to create a visually elevated marketplace experience for attendees.


Licensing & Professional Credentials

Practitioners and service providers must hold appropriate certifications, permits, and insurance as required for their services.

Food and consumable vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and food safety standards.

Proof of documentation may be requested upon acceptance.


Vendor Setup

This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own:
• Tent (weighted per park regulations)
• Tables & chairs
• Display materials
• Extension cords if needed

Specific load-in instructions and setup times will be provided prior to the event.


Booking & Payment

Full payment is required upon acceptance to secure placement.

Booth spaces are not reserved until payment is received.

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.


Venue Policies

This is a non-smoking venue.

Open flame, incense, and smoke-based materials are not permitted due to venue and park safety regulations.
