2026 Angelic Wellness Festival

Vendor Application Requirements
To cultivate a high-vibration, respectful, and enriching experience for all, we ask that participating vendors and practitioners meet the following criteria:
Holistic, Health/Wellness/Beauty Based, Food/Drink, or Artisan Focus
All offerings (with the exception of food and drink vendors) must align with the festival’s mission of healing, beauty, wellness, and community connection. We welcome modalities and goods such as Reiki, energy work, intuitive readings, herbal products, boutiques/accessories, jewelry, crystals, tinctures, soaps, candles, natural skincare, aromatherapy, and other wellness-based services or artisan creations. Local/regional crafters, small businesses, and artists are also welcome.
Professional Presentation
All vendors are expected to maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing setup. Please bring all necessary items, including table coverings, signage, and display materials.
Licensing & Certification
Practitioners must hold appropriate certifications for their modality and be able to provide proof upon request. Vendors handling consumables must meet applicable local health and safety regulations.
Respectful, Inclusive Environment
The Angelic Wellness Festival is a welcoming space open to all belief systems and backgrounds. All vendors are expected to act with integrity, kindness, and mutual respect. Aggressive, disruptive, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.
Self-Sufficient Setup
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents (if outdoors), and any additional equipment unless otherwise specified. Limited tables and chairs may be available by request.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Space will not be reserved until payment is received. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the host.
Venue Guidelines
Please note that this is a non-smoking venue. Burning of sage, incense, or any materials is not permitted indoors or on the property due to venue policy and safety regulations.
