Bridal Show Vendor Info + Guidelines

Event Date: Sunday, March 8, 2026
Location: Altoona, PA
Event Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Tear Down: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM


What’s Included:

  • One 8×6 space (unless otherwise arranged)

  • One 6’ table + 2 chairs (linens not provided unless prearranged)

  • Listing on event promotions (social, web, signage)


Vendor Guidelines & Expectations:

• All vendors must arrive during designated setup time (8:00–10:30 AM). Late arrivals may forfeit their space.
• Vendors are expected to remain set up until at least 4:00 PM
• Booths must be staffed at all times during the event.
• All items and décor must fit within your assigned space unless pre-approved.
• Electricity is extremely limited and must be requested in advance.
• This is a professional, upscale event — booths should be clean, visually appealing, and well-branded.
• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, displays, transactions, and any applicable tax collection.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after December 31, 2025.
• Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.


Restrictions:

  • No open flames or heating elements (unless approved in writing)

  • No excessive noise (music must be low-volume and pre-approved if played)

  • No outside food/beverage samples without written permission (due to venue rules) unless you are a catering/beverage approved vendor.
