Vendor & Practitioner Opportunities

We warmly invite crafters, artisans, pop-ups, nutritionists, therapists, healers, estheticians, local businesses, and other practitioners to be part of our vibrant marketplace. Share your products and services with a community eager to embrace community, family, wellness, fun, self-care, and personal growth.

The festival features 80+ spots offering both open-air energy and indoor (pavilion) options for all types of offerings.

Vendor Categories:

• Artisan / Maker / Boutiques Handcrafted or specially curated goods such as jewelry, apparel, crafts, candles, herbal blends, body products, and art.
• Products & Retail Herbal teas, tinctures, self-care items, natural skincare, supplements, or other wellness-focused retail.
• Holistic Practitioner RNutritioneiki, energy healing, sound therapy, massage, hypnotherapy, and other wellness services.
• Esthetician Brow shaping, lash services, mini facials, etc.
• Intuitive Reader Tarot, oracle, astrology, numerology, or intuitive guidance sessions.
• Food Truck / Food Vendor Self-contained food trucks or vendor tents serving prepared meals, snacks, baked goods, etc. Must meet local food safety and permitting requirements.
• Brewery / Winery / Cidery Local alcoholic beverage makers offering tastings or sales. Must have proper licensing and provide proof of insurance.
• Other (please describe): For any offerings not listed above. We welcome unique ideas that align with the health/wellness/beauty and holistic vibe of the festival.

Vendor Packages:

• Standard Vendor Booth – One Day Only – $80 ($45 before January 31, 2026)

• Standard Vendor Booth – Both Days – $150 ($85 before January 31, 2026)

• 8 ft. table space or 10×10 outdoor space

• Inclusion in event promotions and social media features

GOLD SPONSOR – $222

For aligned businesses looking to amplify their presence with radiant visibility.

• Includes:

  • Booth space for 1 day only (Saturday or Sunday – your choice)

  • Business name listed on:

    • Festival website sponsor page

    • Entrance & welcome signage

  • Logo inclusion in select paid digital and traditional advertising

  • Two social media sponsor spotlights

  • 1 VIP Swag Bag ($159+ value)

  PLATINUM SPONSOR – $333

  For those ready to shine their light with expanded reach and impact.

  Includes everything in Gold, PLUS:

  • Premium booth space for both Saturday & Sunday

    • Festival website

    • Entrance banner + directional signage

    • Paid advertising (Meta/Instagram ads & boosted posts, email marketing, print materials, radio, local tv)

  • Option to offer a 15-30 minute demo, class, or speaking spot (limited spots)

• Food & Beverage Vendor Rates:

  • Food Truck or Food Tent – $111 ($60 before January 31, 2026)

    • Reserved space outdoors

    • Must be self-contained or able to operate with a generator (if needed)

    • Must meet local food handling and permitting requirements

  • Winery/Brewery/Cidery Vendor – $111 ($60 before January 31,2026)

    • 10×10 booth or table space

    • PA special event permit required for alcohol service

    • Tasting area provided

    • Must be insured and provide copies of appropriate licenses

  All food & drink vendors will be promoted as featured partners on our website and social media, with an option to include a menu or tasting list in advance.

Note: All vendors are responsible for their own setup and must comply with venue guidelines.

Please complete our Vendor Application Form by July 15, 2026. Spaces are limited and curated to ensure a diverse and harmonious experience for attendees.
